Went out for a weeks long treasure hunt and Bruce the Digger landed something he has never found in over 30 years of Treasure Hunting, a nice shiny 1900-s Silver Dollar! Good weekday hunt, found 60 items, 58 coins, 7 quarters, 9 dimes, 2 wheaties 1946 & 1953, 1 canadian, 39 memorials, 1 really cool pocket knife and 1 awesome token badge.  This was a park south of lincoln and the wheaties where only down about 1/2" to 1" deep so we know there might be some silver there, just need to go back out and find it!

We also found a...

I couldn't believe what I was pulling out of the ground, although the coin is quite worn but I was still as excited as could be.  It was about 6 inches down between 2 very old oak trees.  I'm guessing there must have been an old farm stead in the area previous to the cabins being built, also found a couple 1940's Wheaties and a real neat...
